Local, small, and used to working in garages that were built for one car and a water heater.
How we got here
Daly City Water Filtration started with neighbors asking the same two questions. Why does our water look rusty sometimes? And why does the shower smell like a swimming pool?
The answers were usually simple: original galvanized pipes and chloramine in the regional supply. But the quotes people were getting did not fit their homes. Big whole-house systems that would not fit in a Westlake garage, softeners for water that was already soft, and very little honesty about what a filter can and cannot do for old pipes.
So we started fitting the right equipment to the houses people actually live in here. Today we test, install and service water treatment across the north Peninsula, and we still begin every visit by looking at the pipes.

We install filters and membranes certified to the relevant NSF/ANSI standards, follow manufacturer installation and sanitization instructions, use certified laboratories for lead and bacteria testing, and pull permits where local rules require them.
